Tucked right on Santa Claus Lane in the friendliest town in Alaska, North Pole Crepery was born from a simple dream: to bring the art of French crêpes to the Last Frontier.
Our founder fell in love with crepes during a trip through Brittany — and knew the people of North Pole deserved a taste of that magic too. So we opened our doors with a cast-iron griddle, a bag of flour, and a whole lot of hope.
Today, we still make every crepe by hand, right here in our cozy spot off the highway. Whether you're grabbing a quick breakfast before your adventure or settling in for a slow brunch with family, we pour the same care into every fold.
